The Breaking Point

There's an energy going around right now. A lot of people are burnt out, done, fed up, past their breaking point. Sound familiar?
It's interesting because I usually associate this with Mercury retrograde, but this is coming after. This is because the retrograde pulled up all of the things that needed to be changed and, if you didn't take the opportunity to make those changes during retrograde, you are likely now at your breaking point. or past it. and have been for a while.
What do you need to change in your life?
What do you need to change in yourself?
A lot of people are looking to things outside of themselves, ie: out of their control, to change. I would suggest to you that it's more productive to focus on these things that are actually in your control, that is to say, your actions and reactions.
How do you respond to stress? Where are you allowing yourself to fall into victim mentality? Where do you need to speak up for yourself? Where do you need to shut up? Where are you allowing your negative ego to let you think you are stuck? Where can you change your viewpoint on your current situation to change its entire flavor?
Breathe.
Bring your attention into the center of your chest at the level of your armpits.
Breathe some more.
Do your best to look at the situation from a different perspective.
What have you been blind to?
Breathe some more.
It's going to be ok.
