Disengage

The combination of the full moon and a Mercury retrograde, especially one in as emotional sign as Cancer, offers us a unique opportunity. It is very likely that the isues that are highlighted for you within this energy are some of your most challenging groth points. More so because they are likely to be hghlighted in a very pure and identifiable state. When they hit, they are likely to be packed with emotional charge. You may very well get triggered.

Here is the beauty of this, though -- all you are being asked to do is to disengage. Don't take it personally. Stop, breathe, relax. Do your best to not get caught up in the fear. Have faith in the Universe and let go. Whatever is going on is illusory, unless you give it the energy to be real. No matter what your negative ego wants to tell you, this is really not that important.

Find some way to re-center yourself. Meditate. Practice sacred breath. Go for a good workout. Practice an intricate piece of music. Paint something. Get out of the negative ego and back into your free will and decide what you're going to focus your energy on, and it will all be all right. You have the power to make it so.
